Level 3 Johnson Building (Spec Suite)

Futurespace was engaged by Grosvenor Place Man­agement to deliver a speculative fitout for the recent­ly vacant space on Level 03 of the historic heritage listed Johnson Building.

The Conceptual designs developed by Futurespace allowed Grosvenor Place Management to market the space to potential Tenants before any work was undertaken. This design appealed to the prospective tenant, Visionary Machines who were looking to take an entire floor.

Futurespace developed the design further to best suit the clients brief to ensure the workplace addressed the new tenants’ needs and requirements.

Key project objectives were to develop a workplace design with an increased focus on health & wellbe­ing a space that compliments the heritage building features with natural light filled spaces and team function space and activation of the existing un­derutilized external terraced spaces as a continuation of the internal space.

Working within a tight program with construction managed by Scope Projects over the Christmas period, the team successfully delivered the fitout on program and to budget.
