Futurespace was engaged directly by building owner Investa & leasing agent Knight Frank to assist with the marketing strategy for this building, enabling Investa to reposition the asset to appeal to a wider and more diverse group of tenants.
Futurespace has extensive experience in the building following the delivery of Key Tenant workplace designs for clients such as JLL & State Street.
Futurespace scope of work involved the profiling of potential tenants, customer journey mapping and test planning for new Hybrid ways of working.
Base building structural reviews were undertaken to explore physical & visual connectivity across interconnected levels.
Underutilized external terraced spaces were activated as a continuation of the internal space or wellness space. Health & wellbeing was a key aspect of the brief to ensure the new Future ways of working promoted a work life balance for future occupants.
Futurespace developed the design to respond to growing tenant demands and increased competition from the emergence of new premium grade office towers.
Understanding the architecture of the existing building has been a critical part of our role.
Our investigations have resulted in increased ceiling heights, connectivity between floors via inter tenancy stairs, and the ability to open up floor plates for tenants with significant space needs.
