Futurespace was appointed to revitalise a series of commercial suites across four Sydney CBD locations: 8, 10, and 16 Spring Street, and 23 O’Connell Street. The works involved the strategic strip-out and refurbishment of multiple tenancy levels, positioning the spaces for agile re-leasing and market appeal.

Our scope of work included:

  • Removal of legacy fitouts and branded signage

  • Installation of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes to deliver a cohesive design language across multiple buildings

  • Introduction of new signage and graphics to align with current building standards

  • Creation and upgrading of tenancy subdividing partitions, with a focus on improving acoustic performance

  • Development of revised furniture layouts and curation of new furniture to complement each space

  • Make-good to warm shell condition, ready for incoming tenants

These agile, design-led interventions enabled Lendlease to reposition existing building stock with minimal disruption and maximum leasing flexibility, contributing to the revitalisation of their commercial portfolio.
