367 Collins St

Futurespace was engaged to work with building owners Mirvac to refurbish 367 Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD.  The clients’ main objective for this project was to re-design the base building specification standards & assist in re-positioning the landmark building in attracting a wide range of new tenants to a high quality workplace environment.

The scope of work included full upgrade across the tenancy Floors, Lift Lobbies, male & female amenities, accessibility upgrades inclusive of feature & mandatory signage.

The initial concept design was developed for the works undertaken on Level 25 with the design now being implemented across numerous floors throughout the tower as they become vacant with the most recently undertaken on L28.
