Ongoing role in the strategic upgrade of this iconic building, bringing a new lease of life and wide-ranging appeal to a quality asset
Since 2013 Futurespace has had a successful and ongoing relationship with Grosvenor Place Management to assist with the marketing strategy for this iconic building, enabling GPM to reposition the asset to appeal to a wider and more diverse group of tenants.
The scope of work Futurespace has undertaken includes profiling potential clients and end users (from Financial Services through to Technology), customer journey mapping and test planning for both traditional and agile working environments.
We have developed display suites, speculative office fitouts, and third spaces accessible to tenants of the building, working with Grosvenor Place Management to respond to growing tenant demands and increased competition from the emergence of new A+ grade office towers.
Understanding the architecture of the building has been a critical part of our role in repositioning Grosvenor place. Our investigations have resulted in increased ceiling heights, connectivity between floors via intertenancy stairs, lobby and amenities upgrades and the ability to open up floorplates for tenants with significant space needs.
Our in depth understanding of the building and its architecture has meant that many of the vacant tenancies have been leased quickly, and the building is an attractive option for potential new tenants, ensuring maximum return on investment for the owners of Grosvenor Place.
