Futurespace worked with MostynCopper to deliver the Ground Plane Re-Development project at 50 Pitt St Sydney. Designed to address the vacation of the existing commercial tenants on both Pitt St and Macquarie place. the Futurespace scope included:
Services Augmentation to Basement 01 & 02 to accommodate end of trip upgrades & retail tenancy requirements.
Modifications of Lower Ground tenancy to increase NLA & accommodate a future retail tenancy,
New façade upgrade to ground & level 01 Façade.
Modification of the Level 02 Façade to accommodate the external terrace area created by the Level 01 floor plate extension.
The efficient tower floor plates support collaboration and connectiveness, allowing for more efficient workplaces with access to an outdoor terrace providing natural light, air and sense of space.
