LeavePlus Workplace

A dynamic workplace that includes physical and digital connectivity for wellbeing, engagement and productivity through a complete internal and external upgrade/refit.

LeavePlus partnered with Futurespace to reimagine the meaning of ‘work’ for their organisation—creating a connected, future-focused workplace that integrates wellbeing, flexibility, and inclusive design across both physical and digital dimensions.

Spanning three consecutive floors, the design features an interconnecting stair that fosters movement, visual connection, and spontaneous collaboration—bringing energy and cohesion to the workplace. A carefully considered blend of digital infrastructure, spatial planning, and sensory variation supports engagement, productivity, and neurodiverse ways of thinking and working.

Futurespace began by developing a tailored Future Workplace Strategy (WPS), engaging directly with LeavePlus employees to surface insights about how they work best. These findings formed the foundation for a new model of work, benchmarked and aligned to industry best practice, yet bespoke to LeavePlus’ unique culture and needs.

A comprehensive audit of the existing site informed both workplace and base building strategies. As both tenant and asset owner, LeavePlus seized the opportunity to reposition the property—delivering long-term value through meaningful upgrades that support people-first outcomes.

Design interventions included new wellness-focused end-of-trip amenities, reimagined lift lobbies, a redefined ground floor experience, and a new energy-efficient façade that strengthens the building’s connection to its surroundings. Natural light, biophilic design, and access to fresh air support cognitive clarity, mental wellbeing, and emotional balance—especially critical for neurodivergent users.

The result is a revitalised, inclusive and intelligent workspace—designed not only to meet today’s needs, but to evolve with the future of work and wellbeing at LeavePlus.
