JP Morgans premises have undergone significant change to flexibly accommodate growth in the organisation

Stephen Minnett has a long history of working with JP Morgan – over 20 years in fact! Recent projects include futurespace’s appointment to undertake the company’s restack and refurbishment in both the AAP Centre and Grosvenor Place, Sydney. The project included the enlargement of client facilities, extension of the main dealing room as well as a number of floors of general workplace. The total area was 15,000 m2. Construction was completed in early 2007 as part of an integration project with the base building upgrade of the APP Centre.
In Melbourne futurespace undertook the design and documentation of JP Morgan’s relocation to 101 Collins Street in the heart of Melbourne’s financial district. The project involved the design of open and closed work areas, breakout spaces and client areas and associated meeting rooms. A boardroom adjacent to meeting and lounge spaces with kitchen facilities for large ‘town hall’ presentations was an integral part of the design.
