Sited in Sydney's leafy northern suburbs futurespace were commissioned by the client to design a multi unit residential apartment block which maximises the development potential of the site whilst sitting comfortably in its quiet leafy setting. The built form of the development steps to accommodate the level change across the site. This feature has been used to create a building of 2 distinct halves in which long dark corridors are eliminated and, access to natural light and air is maximised.
