Formerly the largest cake factory in Australia, this new Office and Data Centre utilizes the existing long span steel structure as an integral feature of the design. This building is designed to accommodate 300 administration staff along with 1000m2 of data hall. The centre of the old building is opened up to form a courtyard providing excellent opportunities for natural ventilation and daylight into the office areas.
