Buildcorp commissioned futurespace to assist in the refurbishment of their existing warehouse office. These works involved the design of a new glazed rooftop pavilion complete with green roof, new entrance, café and carpark facilities The design of these building components was undertaken with great emphasis placed on the environmental aspects of the design and materials selection along with preserving the industrial look and feel of the existing warehouse building.
