futurespace designed CA's new Australian headquarters, which encompassed the consolidation of two existing offices into one new facility at North Ryde. The new facility includes general office open plan functions, reception, meeting and training suites as well as central support facilities including their server and data centre, support lab and various secondary IT infrastructure spaces. An open interfloor staircase was included to link and provide connectivity to the four office levels centered around communal breakout and staff gathering spaces at each level. CA's commitment to the environment included the brief to achieve a 4.5 ABGR rating for their new Australian headquarters.
