The CBRE North Sydney group moved into the new 100 Pacific Highway Building, a landmark in North Sydney, in December 2007.
It was important for futurespace to design a new workplace that was open plan, taking advantage of harbour and city views, and that improved team communication. Quiet rooms, meetings rooms and a large breakout space support the collaborative environment.
Sustainability was key to the success of the project and was the catalyst for all key decisions.
