The Medtronic project was technically and functionally complex with the ground floor housing client areas, training facilities, cafe, business lounge, laboratories and doctors amenities.
Two levels of working floors were planned to promote collaboration between business units and allow for future growth. A new warehouse and mezzanine were located as an adjunct to the working floors, and graphics and branding were used throughout the space to promote a long history and proud company culture.
