Occupying level 63 and 64 of the MLC building in Sydney (one of the highest ofice tenancies in Australia), the project was technically complex with the integration of the banks infrastructure into the MLC centre. The fitout included client areas, a new stair between floors, dealing room, general offices and support areas.
A particular challenge of the project was Bank of America's increasing requirement for security and dealing with complex compliance issues.
