Designed in 2004, this was one of the first projects approved by Ku-Ring-Gai Council under the new High Density LEP. The construction commenced in 2007 and was completed in 2009. The design solution carefully sites the building within a heavily landscaped environment and maintains many significant existing trees. The units feature high levels of natural ventilation and northern solar access. The development included substantial areas of open landscaped areas for use by all residents.
