This 32 unit development is located adjacent to a new residential community including a dedicated public park in Gordon.
futurespace were initally involved in assisting the individual land owners to consolidate their sites and secure a sale to a developer. Following this futurespace were appointed by the developer to complete a design and development application. The project was approved by the council in Mid 2006 and construction is to be complete by early 2008.
