futurespace were appointed JPMorgan's restack and refurbishment project project in both the AAP Centre and Grosvenor Place, Sydney in early 2006. The project included enlargement of client facilities, extension of the main dealing room, creation of new workplace and supporting infrastructure. The total area of the initial project was over 15,000m2 and futurespace have an ongoing role with subsequent projects including a new trading floor, a telepresence facility and expansion into a 3rd building, 60 Margaret Street.
